‘Armour’

Alone and thrown into battle;

We are forced to seek armour;

Protected from all angles, we become resilient.

Patient and considerate thoughts translate into a battle plan;

With determination we reach a place of peace within;

And our amour is no longer needed;

Until the next battle.
